Do you have the discipline to be a free spirit?
During the workshops we will be exploring the possibility of diving deeper into the practice of 5Rhythms (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness) using the dance and live music as a traditional tool to access the state of trance. 5Rhythms are gateways on the way back to a real self, a vulnerable, wild, passionate, instinctive self. When we embody the rhythms, the dance gives us an opportunity to dive deeper in to the state of trance where we can break free of our illusions and head trips. The simple practice brings us back to our bodies, to the present moment. The state of Trance has been known and accessed by humans for thousands of years. In Trance, we have a chance to detach from all ideas about who we are and tap in to so needed and well too rare real experience of being total, free, intuitive and creative. Trance is a state of being which we get into when we flip over to the other side of Chaos rhythm, after full-heartedly committing to the beat, feet first.
The hours of all workshop qualify for the Waves requirement for the teacher training.
